These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fonbet Scout mobile application (the "App") and the website fonbet.mariannedigital.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Operator

2. Description of the Service

Fonbet Scout is a premium offline football scouting and management simulation. The App allows you to:

• Scout regions to discover fictional young players with unique portraits, stats, and potential.
• Build a watchlist, deepen scouting reports, and reveal player ability.
• Sign and develop players, track form, morale, and market value.
• Send signed players into simulated fixtures and earn in-game rewards.
• Trade players on a fictional transfer market using Scout Talons (ST).
• Complete scouting quiz questions and earn ST rewards.
• Choose a specialty (Youth Hunter, Data Analyst, or Tactical Scout) and unlock new regions over time.

All players and clubs in the App are fictional. No real teams, leagues, or trademarks are represented. The App runs fully offline; progress is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Scout Talons and No Real-Money Gambling

Fonbet Scout is not a gambling or betting product.

• Scout Talons (ST): Scout Talons are an in-game currency only and have no real monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Virtual gameplay only: Match results, transfer profits, quiz rewards, and scouting progress have no real-world cash value.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events.

4. Eligibility

Fonbet Scout is suitable for users aged 16 and over, or younger only with parental consent where required by local law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate Scout Talons, player stats, or match results.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Redistribute game content or the App without permission.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your squad, budget, scouting reports, match results, and preferences are stored only on your device. You may delete all data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, logos, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by MARIANNE'S BUTIKK AS or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved data will always be recoverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MARIANNE'S BUTIKK AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree that the courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
